My suggestion would be to write on the note the treatment that was done that day and then any notes about follow up care or any other pertinent information. He explained that the medication I was on was helping some and then we talked about an alternative surgery that would eliminate the medication. I will let him know if and when I want the surgery. My CPAP machine is over five years old and we discussed that the life of the machine is five years and then they die. We discussed a new machine. He explained how it would work. I stated I would like a new machine because the CPAP has made a difference for me. I do not want to be with out one. He prescribed a new one.He was efficient, he answered any questions I had.
