I had to have same day surgery to remove a brace from my left wrist . I was treated with the up most care anyone could have asked for. Had 2 surgery's done on my hand. It still hurts and isn't very strong at all. Dr. Crane warned me that sometimes the 1 surgery made things worse or didn't help like people hoped it would. BANGHOO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND INTEND TO VISIT WITH HIM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IT APPEARS THAT MY SCOLIOSIS IS IN ACTIVATION. I ALSO INTEND TO VISIT THE SPINAL CLINIC THIS YEAR WHEN I AM IN ARIZONA. THEY LIST WORKING ON SCOLIOSIS IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. I KNOW I NEED SOME RELIEF FROM NERVE PAIN RIGHT NOW. DR. CRANE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND LISTENED AS WELL AS GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS TO TRY ON MY OWN, SUCH AS THE USE OF HEAT AND COLD PACKS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH DR. I came in with very painful left shoulder and left thumb pain related to arthritis. Dr. Crane's nurse is a sweetheart and settled me into the exam room, asking all the correct questions and a little personal conversation, which I enjoyed. Dr. Crane asked questions, did a good exam and gave me a cortisone shot. I like Dr. Crane's upfront, direct, and to the point manner. Dr. Crane then referred me to the hand OT specialist and she(sorry can not remember her name) was very helpful in finding me the correct splint for my thumb and then fitting it to be comfortable when I use it. The splint has helped relieve most of my thumb pain when I wear it and for some time after I take it off. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received and the improved pain relief and function of my left shoulder/arm/thumb. Thank you - Jane Roggensack
