Very efficient, very caring staff, procedure itself (colonoscopy and endoscopy)was easy. Set up everything quickly. You could feel they've done this before and little wait time getting from step one to the other. Was surprised in the waiting room - lots of people, rather looked more like the ER - but nice inside - it was all smooth sailing!
