I brought my 13 year old son in to get braces put on. Although he was nervous, at first, Dr. Lupini and his staff made him very comfortable. They explained everything and made the process as simple as possible. Everyone was nice and informative, both during treatment and describing what the process will be going forward. Also, this and any upcoming appointments will be easier and quicker because they are so flexible and easy to contact.

Dr. Lupini and his staff were great! They treated my 13 year old son and took away any anxiety he had immediately! They put his mind at ease and explained everything, in the process of getting his braces, step-by-step. They also helped with all the appointment booking and send reminders via email and text. The office is clean and the staff are easy to contact and friendly. They offered to take any calls with questions and invited us to come back by the office, if we had any questions or concerns. They even have appointments available later in the afternoon to accommodate multiple schedules. Thank you so much Dr. Lupini and staff!

First off, the office atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff are very polite and professional. I was greeted and taken care of within minutes. Everything about getting my braces was explained to me very clearly and they made me feel very comfortable. I expected some sort of pain here or there, but there was nothing. This was my 1st time in. Everyone was very friendly and professional.once the pictures and x-rays were done it only took about 30 minutes and I was out. Dr. Lupini was quick and caring. Dr. Lupini was up front and honest about the treatment plan, cost and length of treatment. My boys are comfortable in the office and don't have the anxiety associated with "dental treatment". As a mother with all three boys currently in braces i am happy my boys are well taken care of each time we are seen. Melissa, the on call emergency person has also been available after hours to answer any questions or concerns we have had. Lisa, is exceptional with working the front office duties and is a very welcoming lady. What can i say. I am happy with the level of care my guys are receiving!

The staff is always flexible and friendly. They are always on time and the wait isn't ever long. Scheduling is pretty easy, the only thing is that longer appointments are not done very late in the day and it sometimes makes it difficult for working parents. I would recommend Dr. Lupini to anyone looking for orthodontics.
