Sometimes we try to be our own doctor but sometimes you need to really be seen and when you do you want to make sure it's by not only a good doctor but one who cares. I had that experience with Dr. Powell. He is the most personable doctor I've had..... Not only did he listen, he took his time to understand exactly what was going on with me as a person. I would highly recommend Dr. Powell and Pine Ridge Urgent Care. The staff was exceptional.

Very knowledgeable informative discussed importance of fluids and what to do and expect- loved the two shots to get better results. AppreciTe your facility. Wish you were in Siler city but worth the drive!

I had an amazing experience at Pittsboro Urgent Care. I am from Out of town and stopped in after googling urgent care. The reviews were good and the location was so convenient so decided to try! I really thought I would have to wait to find an urgent care in Raleigh!This great experience started the moment I stepped in the door. I was greeted and immediately taken care of! All of the staff were so nice and understanding--- this is something you never find! You could tell this was a great place to be. I felt like a VIP! Dr Powell came in and immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and did a thorough exam and also provided ,me with some great recommendations for restaurants and local hot spots! I wish I could pick up this practice and move it to where I live ---I would be a regular!

I came to this office when I needed an urgent care type of facility because of a previous positive experience. About three or four months ago I brought my teenage son for a sports physical. He went to the room for the physical on his own and when we got in the car afterwards he told me what a positive experience he had. Everyone was exceptionally nice to him and he liked the doctor he saw a lot. Based on my sons positive experience I decided to try the office for myself. And likewise everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Powell was very kind and thorough in his questions and explanation of everything we discussed. When my family needs an urgent care provider we will definitely come back here.
