I have to start by saying my initial visit to the office began a little rocky. I was put into the examining room and after waiting 45 minutes, went out to the receptionist and asked how much longer I would be kept waiting. Needless to say I was not feeling gracious at this point. I was merely informed I "would be next," but they could not tell me how much longer that would be. I chose to leave. As I was making my appointment to return, the staff apologized profusely and promised it would not happen again. It would have helped tremendously if someone had poked their head into the examining room and kept me informed as to this very long delay. However, that being said, upon my next visit I was seen in a timely manner and by the most wonderful, warm, thoughtful kind doctor, Charles Headrick. No doubt having to see a physician whose specialty is and can be embarrassing and intimidating, all that that flew out the window with the wonderful kindness of Dr. Headrick. He made me feel completely comfortable in discussing my issues. He was straight forward, gentle, informative. He is truly a throwback to the wonderful doctors one may remember when there weren't computers for the doctors to be checking out as they "talked" with you. Dr. Hendrick closes his computer and says "let's talk first!" Truly a most positive and wonderful experience. Can't believe I'm saying that about this kind of examination! But it's true! - L.S
