She has a very gentle and easy way about her, making me feel even more comfortable. The actual exam was quick and painless and doctor was good at making personable conversation and being informative about each step of the exam. Afterwards he drew the specifics of what my surgical options would entail. Diana is also super friendly and made check out quick and easy. All the staff members treat the patients with respect. During my short wait in the waiting area I heard them take calls and interact with patients and they were all great with their knowledge, patience and customer service!I don�t like going to the doctor but everyone here made it an enjoyable experience. Dr. Gingold is such a good doctor. I come from a family of doctors and scientists. My sister is a surgeon, so I know what doctors go through to a degree. Dr. Gingold is friendly, humorous and also thorough. He has the magical ability to put you at ease in an otherwise uneasy situation. I also appreciate that he helps younto avoid further pain by helping you to heal on your own. If this weren't an awkward situation, I would wish everyone would have the chance to be under Dr. Gingold's care, but hemorrhoids pretty much suck. So, don't get them.
