Today's appointment with Steve, like all others I've had with him over the past 30 year, was thorough. Steve takes whatever time may be needed to examine me and to review with me the results of tests recently run under his direction. As part of his thorough review, Steve shares with me how those results compare with those of earlier tests. I was impressed with Dr. Nack's professional manner and attire, detailed review of test results and genuine concern for my health. Dr. Nack recommended a temporary over the counter solution of Pepcid Complete to relieve nighttime heartburn. I followed Dr. Nack's suggestion and I did get relief the first night. He reviewed my list of medications as well as the proper way to take each. Dr. Nack also processed a prescription refill electronically and it is already in my drug plan system. He recommended that I take Vitamin E to help with the fatty liver issue. Dr. Nack personally contacted my heart doctor regarding Vitamin E usage; obtained approval and called my home to let me know it was OK to proceed. Additional blood work was prescribed and a 3-month follow appointment is scheduled.

Dr. Nack is very professional and polite. He checks everything and explains everything. Any questions were answered and I was referred to someone else for something he noticed. I have no complaints only good things to say about him and my visit. He has always been excellent in diagnosing problems and searching for clear answers.

Office visit was excellent. Always great to see Dr. Nack, staff was friendly and professional and wait was short.Only hitch was when I called prior to visit to have slip for blood test sent because I misplaced original critical test was missing and I now have to have an additional blood test. Slightly inconvenient, no biggie. :)

Everyone was very cordial & professional, although,I was taken to the exam room promptly at 1 for a 1pm appointment, the doctor didn't come in until 1:25.

WITH THE ANXIETY I WAS HAVING, (NOT HAVING THIS PROCEDURE AWAKE BEFORE) THIS PROCEDURE WAS GOOD.THE TIME INVOLVED WAS EXCELLENT. I ANTICIPATED A LONGER PERIOD. THE RESULTS I RECEIVED MADEE FEEL VERY RELIEVED.THE STAFF ALSO GAVE ME COMFORT DURING THE PROCEDURE.
