Have had a chronic problem for some time - sometimes worst then other times - Dr. Bertiger manages it well - always feel better after seeing Dr. Bertiger - and he always has time to get back to me if I have flare-up between appointments.

Dr. Listened carefully to my concerns, made helpful suggestions, and an inexpensive prescription that improved my condition. after three visits I was released, feeling much better. i am relieved to know that he will be available if I have any more problems with my gastrointestinal system. .

Scheduling staff was pleasant and explained process. Paper work was mailed prior to appt. Appreciated enclosed directions to office. Was seen at scheduled time. Everyone was professional and friendly.

The doctor's as well as the staff werd excellent. The staff could not havd been nicer or more helpful in their duties. The doctor was great he visited me both before and after my colonoscopy. He also took the time to answer all my questions, so I knew everything I needed to know before I left the facility. I had a great experience in a great place!

Examined for change of bowel habit. Doctor explained thoroughly what was going on with my system. Recommended screening tests and colonoscopy. This is the best course for the symptoms. I have every confidence in doctor's assessment and recommendations . Staff was professional and friendly. I will await results from labs and colonoscopy test.

I was seen as a follow up from an endoscopy. I enjoyed the nurse who brought me in and the doctor came in shortly after. He listened to my experience and suggested solutions. Prescribed tests to follow up.

Dr. Bertiger always is willing to answer any questions that i have and has a wealth of information on both of my GI diseases. He is great with coming up with a plan for the next visit. I was welcomed when i came in. The nurse who took my weight and blood pressure was kind and funny, and the Dr explained his plan step by step. Outside of the wait well past my appointment time, everything was very good.
