I had to call the afterhours dept. for an emergency with my sons mouth. I received a call back promptly from Annabel and was able to send a picture of our concern. She not only helped calm me down, she also forwarded it onto the orthodontist on call as well. Not long after, he also called me back once he reviewed the picture. From there, they had us in at 8:00 the next day with a referral ready to the oral surgeon. Annabel texted me later that afternoon to see what we found out and then she ALSO followed up after my son had surgery. The following day after his surgery (afterhours mind you) the orthodontist that was on call, also called to see how he was doing. As concerned as I was, both made this as seamless as possible and the care and follow up was far above and beyond what was expected. HIGHLY recommend this office!! - J.W

This process has been a very easy experience, just wear them all day and take them out to eat. It becomes second nature after a while so I didn�t have to think about the process much. The aligners are nearly invisible which is nice. The only difficulty with them was knowing how often to clean them, but I figured about once every few days with toothpaste really worked to clean them. Overall, the aligners fixed my teeth wonderfully and they were unnoticeable throughout the process, which made me very happy. I would recommend this process to anyone who wants to get their teeth fixed. - Justin.L

My 13 year old twin son and daughter both had to get braces. My kids loved the experience that Dr. Steckel's office provided. My 24 year old daughter also needed brace and she received her's in PA. That experience was terrible they treated everyone like a number and herded them in like cattle. Dr. Steckel's office is not like that, everyone knew our names and we feel like family coming here. Everything from the pleasant waiting room with coffee to the open procedure room. Ever visit Dr. Steckel would review the progress and let me know the next steps and what needed improvement. I am VERY pleased with the entire experience and how my kid's teeth look today. I am here to get my teeth properly aligned to have a correct and regular smile, I have had excellent care from the workers here they are very kind. On my way to Invisalign to having a better smile then I had years ago. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who need to fix their teeth. They have helped me to get my teeth fixed since my teeth were a bit different. I started here with rubber bands, then moved to metal braces to get my smile properly aligned, soon to a better smile. My experience with braces went well. I didn't want them at first because I still wanted to eat the hard foods that I liked, But eventually I got used to them and I was glad I had them on. The first couple of days with braces were painful and I could only drink and eat applesauce. After a week I could eat normally except hard and sticky/chewy foods. We have never been to a health care facility that is run so well. Everyone is friendly, appointment times are always on schedule, orthodontic results are beautiful,positive reinforcement is used to improve patient behavior and nice little extras like gift cards with notes in the mail for referrals and newspaper articles show care for patients. Also I like the way dr steckel gives back to the community by being a sponsor at the ymca, collecting food and candy for charities, etc. it's always nice to look back on a decision and say, "If I had to do it over again I would do it the same way". - L.o

First I thought that getting braces was weird but, then later I realized that getting them was cool because they help straighten your teeth as you grow older. When I first got my braces in the sixth grade, it felt weird in my mouth, but I got used to them throughout the sixth and seventh grade. I was hoping I would get them off in the eighth grade and I did. I was very excited.
