Although the Hospital had no control over the wait time which was a bit uncomfortable, Dr Frazier and Dr. Carrer helped me feel fully confident and calm before the procedure. Dr. Frazier noticed that several of the hospital assistants were removing items from a table that contained an instrument that needed to stay sterile. He firmly made them aware of this carelessness, and they responded quickly and respectfully. I was amazed at Dr. Frazier's complete awareness and competency all around him.
