Everyone with whom I interacted was excellent. The lady at the front desk was so personable and friendly. The nurse assistant who got me ready was wonderful. The anesthetist was thorough with his explanations. Dr. Joseph, of course, was terrific! Both my husband (Gary Cain) and I really trust him and are confident in his treatments and procedures. Incidentally, my first name has an E on the end....Anne. Thanks for making that correction just in case there is an issue with the insurance with the spelling/identification. Unfortunately, I am a regular here for colonoscopy. But, as always, the procedure, doctor and staff were excellent. The IV was placed in my arm completely painlessly. Recovery time at the facility was brief and comfortable. My only complaint was with the Go-Litely prep solution. It tasted terrible. Next time I'll try adding some flavor. - H.K

I like the new facility in the Old Mill complex. So much better than going to the hospital.Dr. Joseph's staff is so wonderfully friendly. I was very calm while they prepared me for my procedure.They talked to me and explained everything that was happening. I also received a follow-up phone call to check on how I was doing with recovery.I wouldn't wish ever one have an endoscopy, however, if you need to have one Dr. Joseph and his staff is the place to go. - J.C

My experience at Wasatch Endoscopy has always been extremely positive. Dr. Joseph is a focused and practiced gastroenterologist. I recommend him with absolutely no reservations. My care & treatment by both the office staff and medical professionals was excellent. Dr. Joseph uses a CRNA to perform the sedation. This gave me a feeling of confidence and ease. Dr. Joseph did an excellent job asking me about symptoms and reason for procedure. He listened well to my questions and concerns. He seemed to be very thorough in the procedure to try to determine or rule out causes of my symptoms. He had some quick answers right after the procedure, but I was most impressed with the follow up phone call as he discussed with me some findings, which are still slightly inconclusive, but will give us direction for possible procedures in the future.
