My appointment with D. Prince was for a routine follow up exam. I found Dr. Prince to be very thorough and very personable. I had been seeing Dr. Genevieve Jones but Dr. Jones has taken a sabbatical from her medical practice. I had to choose a replacement for her and am glad I had chosen Dr. Prince. He had obviously familiarized himself with my case and very carefully examined the areas with which I'd been having problems. Dr. Jones had been treating me for Myasthenia Gravis. Dr. Prince's questions and statements about my disease assured me that he has a firm grasp on Myasthenia and reassured me that I am in good hands.

Check in was great all paper work was done and ready for me. Once I taken in to room a nurse took my vitals and we went over my medications and updated my files. Dr. Prince was on time and greeted me as if an old friend. Our meeting was quite comfortable discussing my need to pursue some bothersome issues. Dr. Prince noted some scrabbling on my face and presumed dermatitis, and prescribed a course of treatment with follow-up if necessary, and follow-up for my neurological issues. I have since learned my dermatitis is actually shingles and have another treatment started. I am grateful to Dr. Prince for calling attention to it. I look forward to continuing my treatment with him for my neurological problems.

I saw Dr. Prince for a consultation regarding numbness in my right leg. I was very happy with my appointment and the experience I had during my visit. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist was warm and friendly. Dr. Prince was very engaging and helped me to understand what might be happening in terms of the numbness. He showed me nerve charts and did a complete exam... I left feeling very comfortable that I had an understanding of why the numbness was occurring and what I might do when it happens. We talked about options (MRI, medications) and I opted to wait since the issue is just intermittent at this time. I appreciated Dr. Prince's time and approachable manner very much.

I was happy with service I received. Purpose of appointment was to have Dr. Prince take action as my Parkinson's has worsened dramatically. Dr. Prince could see that I had digressed physically (Weight loss, lack of energy, worsening small motor skills). He added Amantadine 100 mg per day, half a tab in morning and again at noon, along with my current dosage of Carbidopa Levidopa.I informed Dr. Prince that I felt I needed to take a short term disability from my physical job,and we agreed upon 26 weeks of disability, with follow-up appointments to see if any improvement. Already I feel like I have more energy, but the main reason for that is being able to sleep normal hours. as opposed to early, early am hours.

Can't say enough about the dr. either. Really thought he would blow us off and say A.J.'s headache wasn't sincere and that he just needs a psychologist or something. He was nothing like that. I was having great difficulty with walking and sudden falling down and I assumed it was due to my back pain. My general health care provider decided that I might have a neurological problem and referred me to Dr. Prince. My wife and I made the appointment and were extremely pleased with Dr. Prince's manner, expertise and ability to zero in on the exact problem. He quickly diagnosed me and referred me to a neurosurgeon for further treatment, which I completed in August 2015. I am now so much better and extremely grateful to Dr. Prince for his quick diagnosis. If I hadn't seen him I don't know that I would still be functioning to the degree that I am today.

I have been seeing Dr. Prince since I came down with GBS in December of 2003. He has always been very friendly, easy to talk too, understanding, and some one who listens, I have trusted him and his treatment plan for me right away. GBS is very frustrating, because there's not a lot you can do once the damage is done. I got GBS by getting a flu shot. Congress has a fund set up for people that become disabled from vaccinations. Dr. Prince was extremely instrumental in me winning my case, he has always gone the extra mile to help me get through this process. I trust the medications that he has prescribed for me. GBS, causes a lot of pain, and many other residuals, the only way to get through them, is to treat them with lots of different medications, that are addictive, he has always been careful not to over medicate me, but truly listened to what I needed. Unfortunately, I think that it's hard to find that these days, which is why I have always continued to have Dr. Prince as my Neurologist.

They took great care of me, informing me on what could have been causing my migraines along with how to decrease the frequency, and they made me feel like my pain was real and valid, unlike previous doctors I had seen. As usual when I walked in I was greeted by staff. She was pleasant and at the same time professional. She checked me in and even took my payment for a missed appointment. The wait seemed long, but doesn't it always when you are at the doctor! When the nurse welcomed me in she was also pleasant and professional and even chatted a bit while taking vitals in the exam room. Then, I waited a short time in the exam room for the doctor. We had a good discussion as the doctor was checking me over. When he finished the check up I told him of my issue and we talked of how I wanted to handle it and the doctor agreed. Again, dealt with the same staff member when I came out to set an appointment and she worked with me, then I was out the door. I have to say that if it wasn't for the pleasant professional manner of all staff and the Doctor and would not continue to come back!!
