Dr Hetz has a great front staff. Dr Hetz help me with my weight and pain problems more than any doctor. He did recommend liposuction nor another $5000 procedure recommended by another doctor. He directed me toward a solution to address my real problems and ways to lose weight. My treatment is very recent so I am still in the healing process and will be receiving additional treatments to address my individual treatment goals. Dr. Hetz was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining the entire treatment process to me. I feel that he has a lot of knowledge and experience. He is extremely wonderful at communicating with you as you heal. He called me in the evening and on the weekend. This is unheard of with many doctors. He genuinely cares and is concerned about how you are doing. He is a perfectionist and appears to want the treatment to be as successful as possible. I felt that I was in very safe hands. It can be a scary experience especially when you are talking about your face and body. Dr Hetz knows his stuff!!! I would highly recommend him if you are interested in rejuvenating your skin and or have other body concerns related to maintaining and improving a youthful appearance.
