I called the office hoping to schedule an appointment within a couple of days for a specific problem...I got it! I arrived for my appointment and waited only 10 minutes before being taken to an exam room. The doctor was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time with me. - .S

I'd simply refer you to some earlier feedback in prior years. As it was back then, the experience is always first-class. Dr. Ehinger and the staff there really approach each visit with an attitude of "we care". I am not a fan of going to the doctor and have a lot of anxiety about it. Dr. Ehinger and the staff really help to put a patient at ease, and Dr. Ehinger spends whatever time is necessary to counsel the patient on how they are doing, how their numbers in terms of blood tests and vitals look, and suggestions on improving the patient's health going forward. I actually feel I would be hard pressed to find a better physician in Greensboro (or Triad in general)!Dr. Ehinger is incredibly knowledgeable, and I always feel he is honestly and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I needed a doctor in Greensboro, as I was planning to move there in the near future, but that hasn't materialized yet. As far as the annual physical is concerned, I would like to see more detailed examination; however, I understand that insurance companies don’t want to pay for the things that I was used to getting before I became old enough for Medicare. Before going on Medicare, I was given a rectal exam, a testicle examination, a throat exam, a glandular exam, and the doctor checked my reflexes and abdomen. Fortunately, I have managed to have relatively good health, but these exams could prevent extra costs for the insurance companies and less suffering for the patient by discovering problems before they develop into major problems. Dr. Ehinger is very professional and personable. He seems to be pretty thorough. I like the fact that he doesn’t take the attitude that a pill can fix anything. His focus seems to be to help the patient monitor and improve his own health by living a healthy lifestyle. I like that. So far my experience with Dr. Ehinger has been limited to three annual “wellness” visits. Fortunately, I have had no other reason to visit his office during the last two years; therefore, I can’t report on how I would be treated as a sick patient. I saw this doctor after calling and trying to get an appointment. I was told the next avail me appointment would be the next day. Initially I took it but as the day went on I got worse. I called back and asked if anybody could squeeze me in because if not I was going to the hospital. I was having breathing issues and was really weak. I got in then. I had an upper respiratory infection. He was very patient and listened to everything I have tried. He listened to my breathing and checked my airways. He talked about what else I could do to help my symptoms and gave me a new inhaler. He made sure I understood how to use it. I was really impressed by this doctor. I would love to see him again.
