My appointment was for 11:30 a.m. I was taken back at 11:23 a.m. to have my weight and height taken and then moved on the examination room where my blood pressure was taken and additional information given to me. I had about a six or seven minute wait to see the doctor after that. Dr. Swayne came in and discussed a number of things with me. He always made sure I understood everything we talked about and wanted to know if I had additional questions. He really does listen to you and takes the time to make sure you understand any issue or concern you may have. After my visit with the doctor, I was sent to the lab to have some blood work done. Total time there was about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was very pleased with the overall visit that day. As usual, everyone was very professional and courteous to me. Dr. Swayne was attentive, reviewed all the material from NWM that I had been given for my return to GSO, made appointments for me, recommended a specialist for a full review of my pancreatitus attack in Chicago, and counseled me on what to do daily as my blood pressure continued to return to normal. He was kind, careful to answer all my questions and made my return as comfortable as possible. I want to thank him for his help when I wasn't able to see Dr. Yousef. - .K

Also, the tech/nurse who "drew" my blood for the tests was great, as have been the other techs in the Eagle at Triad lab over the years. They know how to draw blood so that the patient has as little pain as possible, if at all. This is an important skill to those of us who have had some bad experiences at other labs. - .B

He listened to my concerns and examined me. Once the exam was complete he let me know everything was okay. He showed me to the lab and explained that I should come back and see him in 6 months. He thoroughly reviewed my current course of treatment, fully answered all of my questions, and at no time during the appointment did I feel that he was rushed or unwilling to take whatever time was necessary to address all of my concerns. I had an issue with my parts of my face swelling and after trying to see a dermatologist quickly and not having success, I called Eagle Physicians. My regular doctor wasn't available so I was scheduled to see Dr. David Swayne that day. He was very personable and proactive. He referred me to an eye doctor and had the staff get me in somewhere right away. He didn't want me taking a chance when my vision could be affected & because I was supposed to be traveling out of town the next day on a long train ride. Dr. Swayne is an excellent, well read physician with a wonderful "bedside manner". He does a great job of handling the documentation reports in the EMR yet at the same time being engaged with me as a patient. I consider him a friend.The staff are nice and helpful. The only criticism would be is that they sometimes get distracted with personal conversations, etc. with patients waiting to check-in or check-out. However, they still tend to be efficient and very nice.I can tell wait times have improved, but still there is a average 10 minute or so wait. However, this isn't unique to Triad and is a systemic issue throughout our healthcare system. Good job by Triad in trying to alleviate this as much as possible. - Shannon D Brown

When Dr Ramos looked at my MRI he said you have a major back problem. You have a pancake disk that is sitting on a nerve. For the past several years I was told that I had advance arthritis.i was given a pain killer and sent home. Between Dr.Ramos and Dr Brooks I feel as though my problem will be taken care of very soon.
