My appointment was just a follow up for concerning lab values from a pervious visit to another physician but it just so happened that morning (9/14) I was really sick with what ended up being the 4th day into what later developed as bronchitis. She addressed (appropriately) the primary reason I was there but also took the time to address my beginnings of bronchitis. She was considerate of my concerns that I had been up most of the previous night coughing and prescribed me cough med containing hydrocodone which is nothing less than a God-send when one is up half the night coughing. I like her bedside manner of concern, she never seems rushed, she takes me seriously and if she has a question, she is quick to consult one of the physicians. She's great.I've seen Dorothy twice now and would not hesitate to see her again. I actually requested her this past week when I went in again but she was already booked. - J.C

I easily set up an appointment that morning. When I got there, everyone was so sympathetic because of how sick I was. The nurse who met with me before Ferguson was friendly and efficient. Ferguson was also friendly and efficient. I had to take a swab of my nose to test if I had the flu. I did not, so I was sent out to get chest xrays, and I was prescribed an antibiotic.
