This was a bi-annual wellness checkup. As always the Eagle staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Was both pleased and disappointed that my nurse practitioner, Jackie, has been promoted. Pleased that her skills have been recognized, saddened that I don't have the contact with her I once had. My family Doctor, Abby Jarella, always takes time with me and is a wonderful listener. I was very pleased with Dr. Jaralla. She was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease right away. She lowered my diabetic medication as my A1C has been good for some time. We are to follow up in 3 months to make sure it is working for me. Also I had been having stomach problems. She doubled my Prilosec and has me take it first thing AM waiting 30 minutes before eating or drinking. So far, I am pleased with Dr. Jaralla.

Doctor was polite, concerned,respectful and professional. She told me what may be causing my leg to swell and ordered up a D-dimer blood test. The results of the test were high and I was called by the Doctor's staff to immediately come in for a scan for a potential blood clot. The scan proved negative according to the scan tech, but I never received the official scan results and didn't have any more follow-up from the doctor. At this point I don't know what else if anything may have caused me to fail the blood test.

What a special group Eagle Internal Medicine is. Beginning with a smile at the reception desk when you arrive and a person on the other side of the desk that remembers your last name and greets you with it. I arrived about 20 minutes early and expected a long wait but after just a few minutes in waiting area three my name was called by Jackie. Jackie is Dr. Jarella's nurse and always makes me feel part of the family.After Jackie weighs me and checks my vitals, I only had to wait a few minutes for Dr. Jarella to knock on the exam door and step in. After a thorough exam and interview she explained that my hip pain could be either arthritis or bursitis and suggested I get an expert's opinion on it. With my agreement, she had Jackie set me up with an appointment with a orthopedist... can you believe for the next day! I have been going here now for about five years and had two physicians, both professional and delightful. I highly recommend this practice.

I had my annual physical. Dr Abby is great at listening. She addresses your concerns and is quick to offer you natural solutions, which I very much appreciate. I don't have an oversion to prescriptions I just prefer to try other natural measures. She is knowelable on these issues and knows what to recommend. I appreciate that my opinion matters. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! I am going to get both of my daughter's appointments with her and get her to begin caring for them. There is no higher compliment than that. My daughter's are the most important thing in my life, as I have already lost one child. There care is of the utmost importance to me.

Abby Jaralla, MD and Dr.Polite are true professionals in their field. I have a strong respect for their medical opinion and recently they've helped me get through the worst part of the shingles. Nobody likes to go to the doctor; they make the experience comfortable and pleasurable.

Dr Jarala filled in for my regular physician dr gates to see me for upper respiratory problems. Gave prednisone and antibiotic and Flonase and knocked it out in 10 days preventing in my view possible walking pneumonia or at least severe bronchitis. Very happy with results and dr. Jarala.

The appointment for 12-15-15 was for my yearly exam. The wait time was short, before being called by the nurse. Then the usual checking my weight, blood pressure, going over medications, and if I had any concerns for Dr. Jaralla. Dr. Jaralla was in to see me within approximately 5 minutes. Dr. Jaralla went over everything the nurse had preformed previously with me. Dr. Jaralla suggested that I take a bone density test,which was scheduled in January 2016. I talked to her about the shingles vaccine, and she explained the side affects it may cause, but good out weighed the side affects. The shingles vaccine was also scheduled and has been taken with no side affect at all. Blood was taken at the lab, testing the lipid panel.The staff is very friendly and I have a lot of trust in Dr. Jaralla in just a few visits I have had with her. I had been having trouble with flushing with a cholesterol medication that I had talked to the nurse about several times and got no result. I talked to Dr. Jaralla about this, and she knew exactly what was wrong, I was having a problem with the niacin that was in the medication.
