Had an 8:15 am appointment so wait time was minimal. Receptionist and nursing staff were very pleasant and efficient. After the exam, I had blood drawn for testing and was pleasantly surprised to see my results back by mid-afternoon and available online. I found Dr. Gates' comments on my results very informative and useful. The web tool is great in that I can log in and review previous and current results which is useful in gauging long term trends (e.g. how do my cholesterol and triglyceride numbers today compare to 2 years ago?). No one really looks forward to getting a physical, but this was about as good as it gets. Thanks to Dr. Gates and the staff at Eagle for helping me to stay healthy. - .P

Generally I don't do survey's but will make an exception with this one. Upon my arrival, as in years past, the staff greeted me in a very friendly manner. They quickly signed me in and notified Dr Gates nurse that I had arrived. I didn't even have a chance to fully review my paperwork before the nurse came to the lobby to take me back to the exam room. In short order the nurse had the preliminary work completed and advised me that Dr Gates would be in. Probably about 7 minutes past and Dr Gates arrived. He never hurries and takes time to listen to what I have to say carefully. He has a tremendous bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and, well, an outstanding doctor in my opinion. Truly, I am very glad that he is my doctor and with the support system currently in place at his office, this is just "icing on the cake!" - P.H

He agreed. I told him it was probably allergy related. I did get a lot sicker after a few days. He later said if he had given me an antibiotic immediately I would not have gotten sicker. I live in Climax a good 20 mile drive one way and I had to to come back another day and on that day wait 45 min.
