I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for over more than a year now. She has been very concerned about my blood pressure and she was extremely patient and diligent working with me to find the proper medications to control it. I have absolutely no complaints. She is very sweet and compassionate dealing with me. I have numerous other chronic conditions that she helps me with. She is very knowledgeable and every time I see her she gives me a thorough exam.

Went for a Biometric exam and it was incorporated to an annual health exam. Annuals don't really entail much these days, but Dr. Jordan was professional, polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. I was reminded I should get a Tdap shot, and so I did. Blood was taken for routine Biometric requirements, weight, height, BMI - the usual. This is my second visit to Dr. Jordan and I like her. I did not have to wait long at all, not in the waiting room or in the exam room. Nurse was very nice also and was the same nurse I had the last time I was there. I have not had to see Dr. Jordan for any illness (thank goodness), but I would not hesitate to when the need arises. I did not have to wait long for an appointment date either, which is nice.

This office is fabulous. There is so much energy and happiness from the moment you walk in the door. The front staff although they cheer for Carolina and I Duke, (ha) they greet you with a smile and leave you with a smile when exiting. Dr. Jordan's assistant Lisa is another cheerful smiling person. Asking questions and taking the time to listen to what I am saying and asking any additional questions needed. Dr. Jordan is the bomb and I mean that in good way slang! She knows her stuff, takes the time to explain in great detail everything. 33 years ago I drove 45 minutes to an Eagle Family Practice when I had my daughter because that was the facility I wanted treating my baby girl. Although this is a different location it's the same atmosphere. Novant Health can't hold a candle to the way this office runs. It's about the people! Oh and the follow through by Lisa gets top marks too! Thank you for all you do!

I came to the doctor primarily as a follow up for getting birth control prescribed. I had a few other things I wanted to discuss including bladder spasms and whether or not I needed a Hep B vaccine. The appointment was set up on short notice and took place late on a Friday afternoon, and even though she had a long day, Dr. Jordan was still very willing to talk to me about everything I wanted to discuss.
