I have been seeing Kess since Dr. Collins left, so several years now. She is awesome! It is so easy to talk to her about anything, with no judgement. No woman likes to have their annual GYN appointment, but going in to see Kess makes it so much easier.All of the office staff are great! Checking in is easy, Kess's nurse is awesome and easy to talk to, and checking out is easy, no fuss. Just got notification that I had a message in My Chart with test results - easy to check those. Kess called in a prescription for me and the pharmacy has it ready! Really appreciate how friendly everyone is and makes you feel good when you get ready to leave.

I had a very good experience from check-in through check-out. The nurse who escorted me to the exam room and went over my medical history was very efficient and knowledgeable. Kess introduced herself and explained everything she was going to do. I felt that she listened to me and made decisions on follow-up appropriately. At no time did I feel rushed. I had been suffering with anemia for many years and recently my menstrual cycles had been increasing in length and flow to the point where I was beginning to suffer from extreme weakness and fainting spells. I was referred to the obgyn eagle branch by my regular family doctor after my last episode. At the office Dr. Thongteum explained to me what may be causing the episodes and what test we would have done to confirm this. Blood tests and an ultra sound was taken which confirmed her suspicion of a fibroid, which the surgeon had removed and at the same time had an ablation done on the uterus which should reduce the menstrual flow and so help in the effects of the anemia on my body. I am still in the recovery stage 5th day after surgery so not sure if this procedure has helped with the symptoms, only time will tell. But thus far I am very pleased with the information and service which has been provided to me.
