When I arrived for a scheduled first time appointment, my first impression was very positive. The front area looked very neat and clean and was aesthetically appealing. The receptionist was friendly and efficient as she guided me through the first time patient process. I was called almost as soon as I sat down, and Dr. Brown's wonderful assistant took me back and efficiently recorded height, weight and then when in the exam room, guided me through the questionnaire and took blood pressure and temperature and asked all the important questions to help facilitate my health evaluation. Very quickly afterwards, Dr. Brown came in and went over my chart thoroughly and addressed my personal health concerns with a referral. I found Dr. Browns manner to be a great combination of capability, warmth and professionalism. While there, I was given a much needed tetanus shot and blood was drawn for diagnostic purposes and both were done efficiently and pain free. I was also told about and guided through the process of connecting to their patient portal system and found that to work perfectly. A great first experience!!! - M.P

I walked in with an appointment as a first time patient, and the interior was very pleasing both from an aesthetic and cleanliness perspective. The receptionist was very courteous and efficient which enhanced the check-in process. Wait time was minimal and I was quickly called and had height and weight recorded before being taken to an exam room where Dr. Browns wonderful assistant helped with the new patient questionnaire , took blood pressure and temperature, and in no time Dr. Brown came in and went over my chart and checked my vitals , ordered blood drawn to make sure a thorough evaluation was done and spent a lot of time with me addressing any and all concerns I had. I needed a tetanus shot and they efficiently handled that and then acquainted me with their patient portal and gave me paperwork to facilitate the process and it worked beautifully and I am now connected. I made an appointment to have sutures removed. The sutures were from an accident while in California. I was fortunate that she could work me in late on Friday. Jennifer did a perfect and painless removal of the sutures. I was also suffering from a sinus infection acquired on the California trip. I asked about getting an antibiotic, and she said she believed the problem was viral, and that I should wait a few days for it to resolve. It has resolved, and is almost cleared now. - G.S
