I had what was ascertained to be a burn on my back, but didn't understand how this could have happened in 15 min, medium with heat pad. Dr. Morrow did a good job of diagnosing, and setting up a treatment. I wish it were healing a little more quickly, but it is much better.

I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for new patient. When I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. I was called within 5 minutes of arrival. The nurse came in and was not very friendly. Started taking my information. I had my records forwarded from my doctors in Texas. The nurse was like we need you to tell us this information. Alot of the information she could have gotten from my records. I didn't worry about bringing my medical history because I felt you had my information. When the doctor came in he was very pleasant. I feel the records should have been reviewed before my appointment. I asked for a referral for pain management. Now I understand it may take 3 months to be called to schedule an appointment.

Dr Morrow is the best, he caught my condition Approx. 11/7/2014 when others at Wesley Long( Dr XXX) missed it ! and the second time Dr XXX missed it. My primary physician is Dr. Donna Gates, who was not in on that particular Monday. Thus, my appointment was made with Dr. Aaron Morrow. There was no problem with making the appointment - no wait to see the doctor. I felt Dr. Morrow listened very carefully to my symptoms, thought through with me the best initial course of action to talk, and asked me to let him know in 2 weeks how the treatment worked. I'm waiting another couple of days before I use the patient portal to email him (and Dr. Gates) about the treatment. I felt well cared for.

I was greeted by friendly staff and asked to update some paperwork. I waited for just a few minutes and was called within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. For the short while I was in the waiting room I thought it had a comfortable feel - including the TV being at a reasonably low volume.The initial Q&A session was performed by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member. I had confidence that she knew her job well. After looking at my Visit Results, I see that all of the necessary changes were made correctly. The benefits of receiving a flu shot were explained and I did receive a flu shot.Dr. Morrow was prompt and courteous. He stepped through the annual physical examination while providing information about the various points of the examination. I asked several questions and Dr. Morrow responded with knowledge and care. Finally I went to the lab to give a blood sample and that went very smoothly. No bruising or excessive poking to get my blood sample.Checking out and scheduling my next appointment was smooth and efficient.Overall: I feel that I have a place to trust for my medical needs.

Dr. Morrow went over my chart and asked questions about how I was feeling and if anything needed to be addressed. As we talked he followed by reviewing my chart. Blood was taken and my cholesterol was addressed by Dr. Morrow suggesting that I go on cholesterol medication. I told him to give me a chance to bring it down and he agreed. He also addressed my thyroid level and told me the negative effects of raising my dose to 112 instead of 100. Even though I feel better at 112 I agreed to stay at the 100 level because of the long term negative possibilities. I was scheduled for a follow-up on July 9 and for next year's appointment on January 8.

He did mistakenly think that a hand surgeon would want to take their own X-rays. Instead the surgeon wanted the imaging prior to seeing me in his office. This was an annual wellness visit. The federal paperwork arrived at my house a week before the appointment. I arrived before the time of the appointment with completed forms, registered, and was promptly called for vital measurements in the examination room. The examination by Dr. Morrow went well; he has an excellent manner and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased that flu shots were available and also got one during this visit. I then went for a blood draw that went very smoothly and painlessly. The blood test results and Dr. Morrow's comments were available online within two days.

Dr. Morrow truly is as good as all of these previous reviewers have indicated. I did quite a bit of research while looking for my first PCP since moving to North Carolina 15 years ago. Initially I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment with him as surely this many positive reviews across multiple sources online had bound to be full of "fake reviews," right? Well that certainly isn't the case with Dr. Morrow. He's been tremendously helpful with treating my recent health issues and has made it possible to bring them under control in a fast, efficient manner. He's never exhibited any behavior to make me feel ashamed for letting my body get to the point that it was when I first saw him. He explains his reasons for prescribing "x" medication and tells me why he believes it will be a good part of my treatment plan. He takes the time to answer my questions in a manner that doesn't make my visit feel rushed yet is able to provide information in a way that's very informative and to the point. Thanks to medical professional review sites such as this, I couldn't be more happy to have discovered Dr. Morrow and establish him as my PCP.

I visited Dr Martow because I've had some pain in my right shoulder for a month. The doctor checked my range of motion, felt for tenderness and swelling, we discussed the use of ibuprofen and Aleeve. He increased the dosage of ibuprophen, demonstrated 3 exercises to rehabilitate my shoulder. As always, Dr Marrow was attentive, listened and asked questions and provided clear, thought out directions. In addition, he had his staff contact a local orthopedic office to have an evaluation of the shoulder to determine if there is damage to the joint.

I took my current complaints to Doctor Morrow: Urinary frequency, and daily headaches. He asked pertinent questions and conducted a brief physical examination. His diagnosis of Urinary tract infection was consistent with my history and certainly convincing as the likely root of my issues. I saw Dr. Morrow for a respiratory illness that caused significant chest congestion with large amounts of discolored mucous. He heard wheezing in my chest also. He prescribed an antibiotic,with instructions to return if I became worse. Dr,Morrow listened to me,took me seriously and prescribed appropriately for my symptoms. He also took in to consideration my history of asthma and pneumonia. I would never hesitate to see him again for any illness. He is excellent!

Dr. Morrow is a great doctor! He has been my primary care doctor for several years now.The latest appointment referenced above on October 6, 2015 was a follow up visit after having seizures. Immediately following the incident, the ER referred me to a neurologist that spent 10 minutes asking questions and prescribed a medication that had adverse effects on my cognitive abilities. As always, it is a pleasure to visit Dr. Murrow. He and his nurse Mackenzie ( I hope that's right spelling) are obviously super competent professionals and in addition, they both go that "extra step" in patient comfort! Dr Murrow is frank and sincere in his diagnostic explanations, answers questions in detail, and leaves nothing to guesswork!His nurse Mackenzie is every bit as competent and informative. She is a pleasure to deal with as well as just being a really nice person!In short, I am pleased and satisfied in every way with my treatment and relationship with Dr Murrow and his Staff!

Everyone in the office has always been helpful, friendly, professional and very easy to talk to, especially Dr. Morrow, who does not force you or twist your arm into accepting any type of treatment or inoculation you do not feel comfortable with. Wonderful environment! I love the Patient Portal! So easy to use and a wonderful way to communicate quickly and easily with the doctor and nurses! Great experience. I expect to be a patient of Dr. Morrow for a very long time.

Dr Morrow is very methodical and thorough. He takes time to talk to you/take history and then explain his diagnosis/treatment in detail. This particular visit was for a nagging shoulder pain I had and he explained possible causes and then the exercises. He even described what we would try if exercised did not work (physical therapy). I have lived in many different states of US in last 20 years and Dr. Morrow is the best primary care doctor I have met so far.

Needed to get in because of rapid onset of symptoms. Staff worked me in quickly and Dr. Morrow provided treatment as well as he and his staff helped to complete insurance forms very quickly related to my travel insurance. He listens and reviews the record so is prepared when he comes into the exam room. Very short wait in the exam room as well.
