Dr. Donohoe diagnosed a sesamoid fracture in my foot back in August. After wearing a walking boot for a few months, he suggested trying custom orthotics. So glad I came in to see Dr Donohoe! Very easy to talk to, explained everything very well and took time to answer questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I received a cortisone injection into my plantar fibroma on my left foot and within a week I saw a huge difference in my pain. Able to bike and hike now virtually pain free. The inflammation is down and I feel like a new woman! This may not last but I'm sure grateful for it right now.

I have a corn on left small toe which has been there a very long time. I have managed to shave it down in the past but I am no longer able to get over to do this and it was quite painful. Dr. Donohoe performed surgery on two toes of my right foot due to a bone spur. A former surgery on the same two toes did not fuse properly and resulted in a bone spur. Dr.Donohoe is an excellent podiatrist. I personally had not been seen by him for over a year, but I made sure my mom saw him. My mom was a Diabetic, who should not have wounds on her feet/toes. Her old podiatrist would leave her with nails to short, and cuts/ nips on toes that I would have to watch carefully for proper healing. After many talks I finally convinced her to go to Dr.Donohoe. She continually thanked me for taking her to him. On my appointment date the staff was excellent. This Friday I will get the cast removed and will get a boot and will then be able to start putting some weight on my foot. I am anxiously waiting for that. I felt the doctor was in a hurry and even if he knew what was wrong with me didn't want to sit and discuss it with me for a very long time. So, I didn't feel good about seeing him or about his solution. Besides my daughter was skeptical and she went to school for nails. I broke my left foot in May of 2018. My GP mis-diagnosed the break in my foot, saying it wasn't broke and to keep walking on it. It got worse. I went to two other Ortho Drs that couldn't help me, so my wife suggested I go to Dr Donohoe, a Podiatrist. He recognized the severity of my problem and suggested a bone stimulator. Everything was excellent, as usual, except the gal that took me to a room and did initial preparations for the doctor. I've never had her before, so maybe she is new and inexperienced in social skills. She was "cold" as far as being courteous and friendly, was not cheerful at all, and did as little as possible to make the patient (me) feel at ease, feel welcome, feel that she cared about her work and doing a good job - not that she had a lot to do. Hers was a remarkable performance, but not in a good way. She happened to be one of a minority descent, which shouldn't make any difference, unless this person was hired merely to fill a quota, and not on her merits of experience, education, and people skills, in which case, she may have felt she didn't need to perform at quality levels. Which is a sad situation for all involved.Sorry to give a negative review here, but I assume she want the truth. All other staff were excellent.

Dr. Donohoe diagnosed a sesamoid fracture in my foot back in August. After wearing a walking boot for a few months, he suggested trying custom orthotics. The orthotics are helping, and the foot gets a little better every day. Dr. Donohoe has been very thorough through this whole process, and I would recommend him to family and friends.

He offered many options to assist in the healing process after surgery. I had 3 toes pinned after breaking them and have had no complications from surgery. Healing has been a long process because of extreme deformity from healed breaks prior to seeing Dr Donohoe. I am now 3 1/2 months post surgery and still have swelling so cannot say my problem was 100% resolved yet. He will address any concerns after swelling is gone. I would recommend Dr Donohoe to family and friends. Him and his staff are very professional, friendly and accomodating.

So glad I came in to see Dr Donohoe! Very easy to talk to, explained everything very well and took time to answer questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I received a cortisone injection into my plantar fibroma on my left foot and within a week I saw a huge difference in my pain. Able to bike and hike now virtually pain free. The inflammation is down and I feel like a new woman! This may not last but I'm sure grateful for it right now.

I have a corn on left small toe which has been there a very long time. I have managed to shave it down in the past but I am no longer able to get over to do this and it was quite painful. I was concerned since I am a diabetic and requested appt. with Dr. Donohoe. He affirmed I had been correct in treatment of this corn. He not only reduced the corn size, but trimmed my toe nails which is almost impossible for me. He as well as the nurse instructed me in care that was available to me via Medicare. Dr. Donohoe performed surgery on two toes of my right foot due to a bone spur. A former surgery on the same two toes did not fuse properly and resulted in a bone spur. The former surgery was performed by another physician. After surgery, the toes are very straight (pin inserted) and it appears to have corrected the problem.

I was referred to Dr. Donohoe by my physician Dr. Swisher, he recommended I be seen by a Podiatrist because my large toenail had started to grow into my toe, and it was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Donohoe was very pleasant, knowledgable, and understanding of what I had been going through for the last few weeks. He removed a part of the toenail and dressed it, gave me instructions for how to care for it, and told me if I needed to see him in a week come back. Dr.Donohoe is an excellent podiatrist. I personally had not been seen by him for over a year, but I made sure my mom saw him. My mom was a Diabetic, who should not have wounds on her feet/toes. Her old podiatrist would leave her with nails to short, and cuts/ nips on toes that I would have to watch carefully for proper healing. After many talks I finally convinced her to go to Dr.Donohoe. She continually thanked me for taking her to him. On my appointment date the staff was excellent. When Dr. Donohoe came in he was extremely professional, and extended his sympathy on the recent death of my mom. He is a very kind, caring,and professional doctor. I had a bone straightened & bunion removed from my right foot and have been in a cast for the last eight weeks. This Friday I will get the cast removed and will get a boot and will then be able to start putting some weight on my foot. I am anxiously waiting for that.
