The courteous and professional service I received at this appointment was the same consistent service I have been receiving from Dr. Scott Watanabe and his staff for the past 8 years. Renee who handles the insurance and co-pay details is excellent. From the first appointment I had to this one in October, Renee provides clear accounting of the charges and options on how to proceed. I appreciate her and her advice very much. Dr. Scott Watanabe is also an excellent provider. At every appointment, he listens to my descriptions carefully and provides easy to understand options. I have received service from several of the staff at Arbor Dental and I can only say everyone has provided excellent service at every appointment. I have been treated for regular check ups, crowns, and root canals.

The dentists and staff here are wonderful. They actually listen to your fears and concerns and act on them. They are open and welcoming. If you need a treatment plan, it is explained in detail (thank you Renee). You are seen promptly and treated gently (thank you Dr. Scott). Your teeth sparkle when you leave (thank you Fong). I highly recommend this practice. Five stars!

The Arbor Dental Group is simply the best dental office! Drs. Scott and Ron Watanabe and their team of doctors and hygienists are truly excellent, highly competent, and extremely caring. The dentistry is very clean and all the front desk staff are highly efficient and super friendly. They really make you feel like family! After getting numerous very strong recommendations from my colleagues and their families in our university community, I have been coming to Arbor for many years and have been extremely happy for all the work that were done. Now even my sister would happily drive 60 miles to Arbor, after not being able to find a satisfactory dentistry in the metropolitan area where she lives for a long time. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Scott when my husband required some emergency procedures due to a broken tooth. Dr. Scott immediately took care of my husband (who was visiting me from Germany where he was still living at that time), despite the fact that he was not a patient at the dentistry and only had the German insurance at the time. All the work were done superbly, and Dr. Scott even followed up with him afterward! I am so blessed to have found Arbor as home for the dental health for me and my family!

I have been an Arbor Dental Group patient for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else ! From the wonderful staff , Renee greets everyone upon arrival in such a friendly manner; I'm sure putting many of those nervous patients at ease. La Verle is a delightful Dental Hygenist - you will leave with sparkling teeth !! --- and having spent time with a very caring person in the dental field. She is a joy !! Dr Scott is such a gentle person . He has a quiet manner and absolutely perfect for those of you with a real dental phobia --- he is THE dentist to see.

The staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Scott is the best; especially, in answering all my questions! Actually, all of the dentists and hygienists are super! I've been a patient for over 15 years and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Support staff is very friendly. Most of all, the dentist I use is quite competent, I experience minimal pain, and he is open to suggestions when problems arise. He is able to save teeth and gum problems where other dentists have recommended more drastic measures.

This office has a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and at ease from watching tv to providing blankets to keep warm! Both dentists are up-to-date with all the latest technology and they explain procedures so they are well understood by the patient. I've referred many family members and friends to this office and everyone is happy with their choice to come here, too. Pay this office, you won't regret it!!
