Dr Anderson and his staff have consistently helped me through a difficult cancer diagnosis dating back to late 2015. His positive demeanor really encouraged me to make the right the decisions concerning my treatment. But he also was forthright and honest as to what the consequences might be following through with those decisions. His staff has also been positive and professional in vetting me before each meeting with Dr Anderson.

Office staff specifically scheduling, billing, and insurance are very courteous and helpful. Whenever I have called the office, I have had my inquiries handled promptly. I overpaid for the procedure and received a refund before the EOB arrived. Did not need to call or inquire about this. They are on top of things! Dr. Anderson is professional and thorough and the procedure was performed successfully. He is personable and patient. I highly recommend Dr.Anderson, his office and staff to those with urology concerns.

I have kidney stones in both kidneys. Every 6 months I have a x- ray taken before I see Dr. Anderson. A couple days after the x-ray I see Dr. Anderson and we go over whatever we think at that time to do. For the longest time we are on a wait and see plan. The doctor thinks that a discussion should be had at my next appt. to have a procedure done on the stones. My overall experience with Dr. Anderson has been very positive. I am looking forward to having many more positive experiences with him.

My husband had fantastic care. From the office staff at the initial visit yesterday, to explanations by his nurse practitioner, care given by the hospital staff at Aurora and explanations by Dr. Anderson after the surgery. This was the first time my husband had ever had surgery and will need a second surgery in the next 2 weeks. He is not apprehensive due to his experience today. Thank you to everyone.
