First time patient with Dr Agassi, he is so nice, very kind and understanding. He listened to my concerns and offered me a couple of different options for treatment. His staff handled the insurance pre-auth issues and scheduled my procedure at the hospital after determining that for some reason the surgery center at the clinic is not covered under my insurance. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Dr Atassi to my friends/family in need of urology services.

This was just an annual check-up. Dr. Atassi reviewed my record, noted past problems, and asked about reoccurrences and other possible symptoms. He then did the appropriate physical examination. His manner was thoroughly professional laced with good humor. Staff were really excellent, too. My one observation is that they could be more overt in discussing/requesting co-payments. If you collect them on the day of services the money is received more quickly and the cost of billing is reduced or eliminated. Dealing with overactive bladder can be an embarrassment to a woman. Always having that sense of urgency and worrying whether a clean, close bathroom is available is so frustrating. That all changed a month ago by having the Botox procedure for over active bladder.I greatly appreciate the professionalism and discretion of your staff in dealing with this delicate subject. From the scheduling desk to the nursing staff, everyone was so friendly and empathetic to my situation. I was early to each appointment and never had to wait more than 5 minutes before someone came to get me. That's almost unheard of when visiting a doctor's office.Dr. Atassi was wonderful; very attentive and gentle. I felt comfortable with him right away. The Botox procedure wasn't as scary as I had anticipated, and my results have been very good, so far. It's amazing not to be preoccupied about having to go to the bathroom all day long. Good parking close by, immediate service on checkin and brief wait for nurse followed by weighin, BP, and review of medications. Joined by the doctor within a few minutes. On the way out appointment arrangements for my next visit were setup. Don't know how one could make this kind of visit any shorter or effective. Facilities are first rate and staff pleasant. Five stars all around!

I'm glad that the ultrasound and the Cystoscopy came out negative, but the fact that I experienced discomfort, reminiscent of previous episodes with kidney stones (though the discomfort was much less than when an actual stone was present), concerns me because something is not right. It appears that, if symptoms reappear, drinking copious amounts of water clears the discomfort. But I've never had to over hydrate myself previously (since I've been on my prescription) that I question if my prescription may need to be increased in dosage or in concentration.
