I had a manometry (swallow) test on 5/18/22 and an EGD in June. The swallow test was difficult but the nurse was very kind and patient. Dr. Fabian was very kind during all of my visits, and he truly cares about his patients. Since the EGD I can swallow much better. I need some surgery and Dr. Fabian explained everything well, and with kindness. I feel confident in him to do the surgery at a later date. :)

Talked (and later met) with Dr. Fabian about my difficulty swallowing. I had an esophageal manometry which pointed toward achalasia being my problem. Dr. Fabian performed laproscopic surgery to help with the achalasia and look for a hiatal hernia. This surgery opened the esophageal sphincter and repaired hiatal hernia as I understand.

This has been a positive surgery outcome. Other than not being able to swallow pills without them getting stuck 50% of the time I have been pleased. Dr Fabian and staff were and still are available if I have questions or concerns.

Dr Fabian is a wonderful Doctor and he definitely knows his stuff. He is very caring and wants to do anything possible to get a great outcome for surgury. The Bariatric program itself is in need for more post op support info. Dr Fabian himself did not give me alot of nutritional and/or diet information as far as specifics to what to eat, what to avoid.

Dr. Fabian was Amazing....when I got so sick shortly after my surgery, he was in constant communication with the hospitalist as well as checking in with me daily while I was in the hospital. My visits up to my surgery and after my surgery Dr. Fabian answered all my questions and reassured me I was doing the right thing with my diet and my new healthy lifestyle! He has given me a chance to live a healthy life and for that I will forever be grateful!
