Dr. Yousef was accurate with a diagnosis. In retrospect I came in a day early as the harshest symptoms kicked in the next day - but still she correctly diagnosed the common cold virus over flu symptoms. That had value as I didn't have to guess about which I had knew I'd feel better sooner instead of later. Bedside manner: pretty good. She's a technician and I appreciate that especially with the limited time given to a "sick" appointment. I had injured both legs, and have hematomas on both.Dr. Yousef thought an xray of the left shin as in order since it was red and sore. A great idea as I am looking at possible knee replacement on that leg in a few years! Her diagnosis and treatment suggestions have made a huge improvement in my injuries. I still have the hematomas, but the swelling and soreness are greatly improved. - .W

Dr Yousef saw me on a last minute app’t. I had been sick for 9 days thinking it was a bad cold. Turns out I had bronchitis and a URI. She gave me doxycycline, prednisone, Inhaler, cough medicine. Dr. Yousef took plenty of time to evaluate my problem and explain treatment. We discussed questions I had, and I felt very informed at the end of my visit. She was genuinely concerned, and sincerely wanted to make sure I was aware of the seriousness of MRSA yet encouraged by the treatment plan. Firstly, my experience a few days ago was awesome. I called in randomly with what I considered an emergency panicking, (turns out it wasn’t) and was met with compassion, concern, urgency, kindness and reassurance. I was scheduled a walk in appointment that day with great ease due to another patients prior cancellation. I waited for less than 5 minutes to speak with the lovely lady at the check in desk. She acquired my information and in no time I was being walked into the back room by the nurse (Caroline? I think 🤔 ).I had never met Dr. Yousef before but after a couple minutes she entered the room fully debriefed of my situation, friendly and ready. She offered me multiple solutions to help fix/aid my issue and even went the extra mile to assure I left taken care of and happy.Dr. Yousef was clear and considerate with her delivery and positioning with information while maintaining a professional yet approachable vibe.Caroline (the nurse) was sweet, calm and careful when working with me. She seemed empathetic of my pains and confident working. She made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable time and calmed my nerves. Overall my visit lasted about 2 hours.
