I was well treated & Dr.Higgins explained everything very well to me. Everyone there was great. - M.M

Had some issues with billing that required a few phone calls between provider and insurance but it was eventually resolved with little hassle. Receptionist on morning of my appointment (younger gal) was a little detached and seemed a little annoyed with my questions. Other than that, great staff and Dr Higgins is super talented and cordial. I wasn't in a very good state during my care, but in hind sight, he did a great job getting me back on my feet.I only regret the length of time from the start of my crippling pain to finally having the laser procedure. Dr. Higgins did his best to help me is quickly as possible. At the time, I remember thinking..."how dare he have a day off!" Kidney stones and blocked ureters get no respect or understanding for their ability to dibilitate their victims.I actually thought I could die from the pain. Thanks Dr Higgins. Audrey - A.L

Starting from checking in at the service desk, the very short waiting time, getting called back with Dr. Higgins assistant to updating my prescriptions and present health condition to getting prepped for the procedure, to talking to Dr. Higgins before the procedure then having the procedure done to then listening to Dr. Higgins findings and recommendations then talking to the staff person to scheduling the next appointment were all the Best Five Star ratings that I could expect with total Happy Camper Feelings ever! The nurse who was scheduling that day requested (on the recording that I was transferred to) that I leave a voice mail with description of my problems. She got back to me within the hour and then set me up with an appointment that same morning. When I arrived at the office, I was treated very kindly by the receptionist, I saw the nurse within 5 minutes and immediately got a sample of urine to be tested. Things happened quickly even though I had just called that morning, obviously in a lot of discomfort. I am so grateful for all the TLC I received from everyone. Then I saw Dr. Higgins; he is so kind and compassionate. A quick exam to check my status out and he had the RX called into the pharmacy; it was ready for me to pick up when I got there. Thanks for getting me in so quickly, for the TLC I received and for the excellent care. - D.C
