The nurse that took me back helped to answer the questions I had for Dr. Wong and was quick in getting me into the exam room. Dr. Wong takes his time to talk with me about any questions I have about current and future health concerns. I never feel 'like a number' when i visit with him. He seems to genuinely care about me as a person and my health and not simply getting me in and out of the room to get another patient in the room. The lab tech that drew my blood helped to calm my nerves (I do not care for needles) and made the blood draw quick and painless. Finally, i spent several minutes speaking with the check-out receptionist (no one was waiting behind me) about different foods we both enjoy and our families. I really feel like the entire staff at Eagle Physicians makes me feel like family when i come in and recommended it to my wife a year ago and she transferred her primary care physician to Eagle. - .T

Just having moved to Greensboro I needed to establish a new medical care connection for myself. Eagle Physicians came recommended from a friend and I have not been disappointed. From check in to check out I felt I was dealing with people who cared, both about their job/responsibility and my well being. My appointment was with Dr. Wong and I can truly say, he was exceptional. It was clear that he wanted to understand my level of health and any issues I might have. He spent a great deal of time with me. He very carefully listened to all my grumbles and helped me to come up with a clear plan to make improvements in my health. He is the first doctor that took extra time to talk and explain everything. I called the Eagle office the morning of 9/22/15 requesting an appointment regarding what appeared to be an infection that started in my right hand the prior day. My primary physician was fully booked but an appointment with Dr. Wong was available. This was my first opportunity to meet Dr. Wong who had just recently returned to this practice. He was professional, friendly, compassionate, patient, and reassuring. He determined an aggressive approach to address the infection was necessary. Antibiotics were prescribed and followup appointments booked for the next day and a week later. The problem was resolved with positive results visible in 24 hours. I came to the office after having an accident. The nurse decided I needed stitches. However, the doctor willing to stitch up an earlobe was out of the office at that time. She told me I would have to wait 45 minutes for him to return. He showed up 15 minutes later, stitched my earlobe and thus avoided me any trip to the emergency room. I received excellent care by both doctor and staff. Thank you. The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations. - .P

He doesn't talk over you, or make you think that what you have to say is unimportant - (which is refreshing, because most dr's will want to hurry up, rush you out and won't give you a chance to get a word in at all).
