I was able to tell Dr. Webb about what I've been experiencing and she was able to pinpoint what it probably was, which is what I was guessing it was. Annual physical 4/30/18. Received a telephone reminder prior to the date, arrived on time, check in was speedy and within 5 minutes doctors nurse called me back. She was very pleasant as she checked my vitals and reviewed my information. Dr. Webb was in within 5 minutes. She checked to see if I had any heath concerns since my last visit. We had a pleasant chat about my general health was quickly finished. I then went to the lab for blood word which including wait time was complete in 15 minutes. Scheduling an appt with my actually PCP is a nightmare. I rescheduled my Wellness appt because of conflict with my work taking off. That was on 12.27.17 and they could not reschedule untill Jan. 2019. A whole year I had to r/s appt out. I scheduled a med check for last week and I spoke to Dr. Webb about this and she told me she would just code the visit as a wellness since I didn't have any other concerns. Thankful for Dr. Webb she is the best doctor I have ever had and I do not want to switch to another office. This was a wellness check-up I made a year ago, and I was anxious to see Carol because I had some concerns I needed to discuss with her. Her nurse, Shelby, is such a joy to have greet you and do the initial examinations like blood pressure, pulse, height/weight, etc. As a matter of fact my blood pressure was the lowest ever that I can remember upon visiting a doctor's office during my adult life. When Carol came into talk to me she was very friendly per usual, and was intent on listening to me and responded appropriately and sincerely to my concerns. She made some recommendations for exercising as well as encouraged me to have the rectal problem I shared with her checked out mainly to ease my mind. Afterwards, she walked me to the laboratory area where she instructed me to wait to be called for some blood work. There were no hassles with this procedure. Eagle Physicians have always been excellent in service and care for me. When my original Eagle Physician retired a couple of years ago, Dr. Webb came on board and took over my care. I have not always found that to be true of other physicians I used years ago (which is why I stopped going to them). She is always patient and calm and leaves a strong impression that improving and keeping the patient's health is primary to her. One never feels that one is just a patient number to Dr. Webb. Checked in. Weighed in. Office help very pleasant. Nurse took weight, blood pressure and asked about symptoms. Told her about my hearing loss in right ear and a little in left ear. The nurse then looked in and noted the problem was ear wax. She proceeded to irrigate my right ear and had difficulty getting wax to completely dislodge. Then she looked at left ear and did the same procedure as in other ear. Success. She went back to the right ear and did same procedure again. During this process she constantly asked if water was ok temp and was it hurting the way she did procedure. I reported that all was comfortable and thanked her for her concern. With hearing in my left ear, I was thankful.At this point, the nurse left and talked with Dr. Webb. First time meeting with her. Very pleasant. She took a look at right ear and asked for an instrument. She very carefully extracted the wax and now I could hear in that ear. She gave me instructions of what to do on a monthly basis for this problem. Then the nurse came back in to give me the flu shot. She did a wonderful job. It didn't hurt while giving or since. I did miss my own doctor, Dr. Koirala. However, Dr. Webb, the nurse, and all staff took care of me exceptionally on my birthday. Thank you all. Mary Anne Brown - M.B

On Thursday, June 9th, I visited Dr. Carol Webb for my annual wellness exam. Everything was discussed and covered in some detail including the standard measures of BP, height, wt, any current meds, etc. Then Dr. Webb discussed my concerns regarding my left torn meniscus which was diagnosed by a specialist (Dr. Bert Fields) two years ago. Dr. Webb set up a rehab program for me to start at the clinic near her office. She also set up two vaccines that were needed. We also talked about my osteopenia and the possibility of having cataract surgery in the coming months. A blood test was taken the next day (so I could be fasting) and on June 28th I was scheduled to come back to et the Hep A and Prenar vaccines. Overall I was very pleased with the attention to detail that Dr. Webb put into my visit and her willingness to listen to my individual concerns over aspects of my health. My right thumb had an unfortunate experience with a table saw blade and suffered 'some' lacerations. After exam by Dr. Webb, was directed to the Emergency Room at Wesley Long Hospitat.
